About Us

Mike Hesseler, MD, FAAD
Dr. Hesseler is the board-certified dermatologist at Arch Dermatology Institute in St. Louis.
Following 4 years of medical school at the University of Texas Health Science Center, Dr. Hesseler completed a total of 6 years of post-graduate residency training in Internal Medicine at Washington University in St. Louis and Dermatology at the University of Michigan.
Dr. Hesseler is a strong advocate of early detection of skin cancer and optimizing skin health. Utilizing topical products, procedural and surgical interventions, he’s a believer in bringing patients to their best skin.

Danielle Brady, PA-C
Danielle Brady is a certified physician assistant at Arch Dermatology Institute in St. Louis.
She was born and raised in rural Missouri, and is excited to now serve those in the greater St. Louis area. Danielle completed both her undergraduate degree and masters in Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Evansville in Indiana. She is committed to helping patients feel confident while achieving their skincare goals.
Outside of clinic, Danielle enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her husband and two golden retrievers.

Sarah Simmon, PA-C
Sarah Simmon is a certified physician assistant at Arch Dermatology Institute in St. Louis.
Sarah is a native Missourian. She completed four years of undergraduate studies at the University of Missouri and then Sarah went on to receive her masters in Physician Assistant Studies from Stephens College in Columbia, MO. Her professional interests lie in early diagnosis and treatment of skin cancers and treating both children and adults in general dermatology clinic.
