Mike Hesseler, MD, FAAD

Dr. Hesseler is the board-certified dermatologist in St. Louis at Arch Dermatology Institute.

After completing  4 years of medical school at the University of Texas Health Science Center, he went on to finish 6 years of post-graduate residency training in Internal Medicine at Washington University in St. Louis and Dermatology at the University of Michigan.

Passionate about early skin cancer detection and long-term skin health, he advocates for proactive care and prevention. Through topical treatments, procedural care, and surgical interventions, he helps patients achieve their healthiest skin possible.

Danielle Brady, PA-C

Danielle Brady is a certified physician assistant at Arch Dermatology Institute in St. Louis. 
Originally from rural Missouri, she is proud to now serve patients throughout the greater St. Louis area. After earning both her undergraduate degree and Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Evansville in Indiana, she developed a strong passion for patient-centered dermatology care. Most importantly, helping patients feel confident while achieving their skincare goals remains a top priority.

Outside of clinic, Danielle enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her husband and two golden retrievers.

Sarah Simmon, PA-C

Sarah Simmon is a certified physician assistant at Arch Dermatology Institute in St. Louis.  

As a native Missourian, she understands the skincare needs of the local community. Following four years of undergraduate study at the University of Missouri, she earned her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from Stephens College in Columbia, Missouri. In particular, her professional interests include early diagnosis and treatment of skin cancers, as well as providing general dermatology care for both children and adul
